Submitted by admin on November 17, 2009 – 4:11 am6 Comments

While browsing the internet everytime I try to close a window it says Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. I am operating with Windows XP and recently my computer upgraded to Internet Explorer 7.

as he said, Explorer seems to have got heavier and even less stable than it was, so just get Firefox.
From here http://www.google-earth-download.net/par… you can get info on getting the Google Pack, it includes the Firefox version with the Google toolbar too and you should also install Norton and Adaware, they are all free with the pack and well worth installing them.
    good luck.
[edit] forgot: also install Opera, another very good browser: http://www.opera.com/

this problem is known to happen with IE, and there is no way to really fix it, so I would download firefox. it is much better than IE anyways.

could be spyware. get avg anti spyware and run a full scan.
You also might want to use Firefox. http://www.firefox.com

You need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), as they have technicians who can configure your computer or whatever the problem may be. i might end up being your computer but that’s all i can help with.
