Where Does Windows Internet Explorer 7 Install When Upgrading From Version 6?

I have upgraded and installed the Beta 7 version. As a result I lost the shortcut icon to Windows Internet Explorer fron my desk and I can´t find the download in order to create a new shortcut.
Please help!
