A Certain Bugs Bunny Vs Elmer Fudd Cartoon.?

Submitted by admin on October 13, 2009 – 3:49 am2 Comments

There’s one cartoon featuring Bugs and Elmer that never seems to be in rotation, and I’m fairly certain its not one of the ones banned for racial stereotypes or anything like that.
About all that really stands out in memory is a long sequence where a truck drives by and several hats fly out. These hats, as they’re caught on the heads of Elmer and Bugs, they change personalities appropriately.
IE: Bugs gets a woman’s hat, and becomes femenine
Elmer gets a Constable’s hat and attempts to arrest bugs.
Thanks much in advance to those who answer. Bonus points if someone happens to find it on Youtube or Google Video. =)

Yes, I know what cartoon you’re writing about. There is also a scene where the hillbillies (the Hatfields vs McCoys) are involved. Where they ask Bugs, “Ere you a McCoy or a Hatfield, rabbit?” That’s when he ties his ears up, dresses like a girl and square dances with them where they beat each other to a pulp. Then more hats fly off. One of them gets a Justice of the Peace wig (Hillbilly) and Bugs gets a bridal veil, Elmer gets a top hat. Then Elmer and Bugs get married. It goes on and on. Good luck on finding that on utube! Lots of cartoons on there…
