The Games & Internet Explorer Got Accidently Deleted.How Do I Restore Them? & I’ve Tried Windows Components But It Won’t Work.

I get automatic Windows Updates, and I’d like to avoid downloading Internet Explorer 7 until company works out bugs. Any suggestion so it’s not done automatically and I have preference and opportunity to reject it?
